Sharon is a multi-instrumentalist and composer based in Dublin, Ireland. She is best known for her unique and impressive style of fiddle playing and her ability to play many instruments at a high standard including tin - whistle, guitar, mandolin, banjo and flute. Her latest album also showcases Sharon's unique vocal talent. Sharon is a much sought after session musician and has shared the stage with many renowned Irish artists including The Dubliners, Damien Dempsey, George Murphy, Finbar Furey and Sharon Shannon.

Sharon originally hails from North Dublin and has a rich background in traditional Irish music which was encouraged by her father Michael Hussey, an accomplished musician and songwriter. Sharon released her debut album 'Inisheer' at the age of 19. Since then, her music has brought her worldwide, from the heavenly shores of Hawaii to the bustling streets of Beijing. Sharon was the winner of the prestigious Golden Fiddle Awards in Melbourne, Australia in 2010.

At present, Sharon is based in The Canary Islands, Spain.
